This website was created by Sue Mouras to disseminate community information to the residents and owners of units at the Great North Woods Condominiums in Columbus, Ohio, with the support of the Condo Association Board members and the management company, but the words and thoughts expressed are solely those of the individual.
This site was created before the availability of Omni Anywhere which now serves as the community’s primary source of information, rendering this site secondary to that platform. This site is informational only and not meant to serve as a forum for residents/owners to report issues in the community since this site is not monitored by anyone who can resolve issues.
Anyone in the community who feels they have issues to report should follow the process as defined in the handbook, bylaws and declarations. If you have a problem or issue in the community you should contact the management company and/or file a formal complaint so that issues can be addressed in the proper manner.
